According to Boston.com, Kemba Walker sold his Brookline mansion a very short period after being traded to Oklahoma City Thunder.
Walker paid $11.25M in 2019 for the then new construction at 37 Sears Road, Brookline, MA. Luckily, he sold it for even more through an off market transaction for an undisclosed amount. This highlights the current strength of the high end Brookline real estate market.
The mansion is a near 10,000 square foot limestone estate featuring a beautiful porte cohere and masonry detail.
