Billionaires Row Skyscraper 432 Park Avenue Condo Board Sues Developer for Over $500M in Damages

In a 40 plus page lawsuit filed against the developer of 432 Park Avenue, the condo association is seeking over $500M in damages for the general construction of the ultra luxurious New York City residential tower.

This development is of the priciest and tallest residential towers in New York, where condos range from $18M all the way to $170M+ and gets a lot of criticism from NYC residents but unfortunately is bedridden with over 1,500 critical issues according to the lawsuit.
